This policy describes how Vitality Labs LLC (“Vitality Labs”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses, and shares information in connection with the website at vitalitylabs.ai and the apps we publish (collectively, the “Services”). By using the Services, you agree to the practices described here.
Information we collect
Information you provide to us
We may collect information you provide directly, such as account details (if you create an account), content you create or save within an app, preferences and settings, support correspondence, and information you submit through forms.
Information collected automatically
When you use the Services, we and our service providers may automatically collect technical information including device type and model, operating system, app version, language preferences, IP address, general location derived from IP, referring URLs, and aggregated usage data such as features used and crash diagnostics.
Health and fitness data
With your permission, our apps may read or write certain categories of data through Apple Health (HealthKit) or similar platforms, including steps, exercise time, heart rate, and other activity and wellness metrics. Health data is governed by the additional commitments below and by the policies of the platform you use.
Information from third parties
We may receive information about you from third parties, such as analytics providers, advertising partners, payment processors, services you connect to your account, and identity verification providers.
How we use information
We may use the information we collect to:
- Provide, maintain, and improve the Services.
- Personalize content and features.
- Communicate with you about updates, security alerts, and your inquiries.
- With your consent, send marketing communications about our products.
- Measure performance, debug issues, and analyze usage trends.

- Comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.
How we share information
We do not sell personal information. We may share information in the following circumstances:
- Service providers. With vendors that help us operate the Services — hosting, analytics, error monitoring, customer support, email delivery, payment processing — under contracts that limit their use of the information to providing those services.
- Apple and the App Store. Apple necessarily processes some information as part of distributing apps and handling purchases and subscriptions.
- Sharing you initiate. If an app includes social, collaborative, or sharing features, information you choose to share may be visible to other users or to services you connect.
- Partners. With your permission, we may share certain information with partners — for example, fitness or wellness services that complement our apps.
- Legal and safety. When we believe disclosure is required by law, in response to lawful requests, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Vitality Labs, our users, or others.
- Business transfers. In connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction.
- Aggregated or de-identified information. We may share information that has been aggregated or de-identified so it cannot reasonably be used to identify you.
- With your consent. For purposes other than those described here, with your permission.
HealthKit-specific commitments
Per Apple's HealthKit guidelines, we will never:
- Use HealthKit data for advertising or other use-based data mining.
- Disclose HealthKit data to third parties for advertising or data-mining purposes.
- Share HealthKit data with any third party without your explicit consent.
Your choices and rights
You can update certain information in your account or app settings. You can revoke an app's access to Apple Health at any time in the Health app under Sharing → Apps and Services. If we send promotional emails, you can unsubscribe via the link in any such email.
Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), the EU/UK General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), and other regional privacy laws — including the right to access, correct, delete, or port personal information we hold about you, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, email privacy@vitalitylabs.ai. We will respond as required by applicable law.
Data retention
We retain information for as long as needed to provide the Services and for legitimate business or legal purposes. When information is no longer needed, we delete or de-identify it, subject to applicable backup and recordkeeping requirements.
Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information against unauthorized access, use, alteration, and disclosure. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee the security of any information you transmit.
Children
The Services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided information to us, contact us at privacy@vitalitylabs.ai so we can take appropriate action.
International users
Vitality Labs is based in the United States. If you access the Services from outside the United States, your information may be transferred to, processed, and stored in the United States and other countries where we or our service providers operate.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date above and, for material changes, take additional steps as required by applicable law.
